NCC Education Participation in China Education Expo 2009
East Asia - 18 November 2009
On 17th and 18th October 2009, NCC Education’s East Asia office participated in the 17th China Education Expo, Beijing, which took place at the China World Trade Centre. NCC Education attended the Expo in cooperation with one of its Accredited Partner Centres - Beijing Aoji Language Training College.
The Expo attracted more than 500 universities and academies from over 30 countries, with various delegates in attendance from embassies, consulates and domestic training schools worldwide. Many students and their parents also attended the Expo and it was covered by Chinese media, including CCTV (the largest television channel in China), BTV, and numerous Chinese newspapers.
The Expo featured a global network video studio, which was provided by the Chinese web portal SOHU. The purpose of the video studio was to answer students’ queries about a range of education issues, including visa applications, student fees, accommodation fees, and English language requirements.
NCC Education staff and teachers from Beijing Aoji Language College were on hand to explain how NCC Education programmes bridge the gap between Chinese and British qualifications. Many prospective students at the Expo were attracted to NCC Education programmes in order to help them achieve their dreams of further study or to improve their employment opportunities.

Ms Rachel Zhang, Executive, Business Development, NCC Education, answers a query from a student.

Mr. Stephen Armstrong, Manager, Academic Support, NCC Education introduces the NCC Education Degree Journey to a prospective student.
