NCC Education students elected to represent their peers
Cape Town, South Africa - 08 April 2010
It was an exciting moment in March 2010, when NCC Education students from the International Management Training Centre (IMTC) in Lagos, converged to elect their representatives for student affairs.
The Student Representative Council (SRC) is the only student body at IMTC that formally liaises with the school authority on issues affecting them. Every year, new executive members are democratically elected by fellow students to manage their affairs.
Dare Ojo, Chief Executive from IMTC commented “In addition to supporting student issues, the SRC are also responsible for organising social functions like the annual fresher’s night to welcome new students and a ‘walk for charity’ to support the less privileged. It’s a great opportunity for NCC Education students to get elected for such an important role”.
