Dedicated Team to Enhance Service Quality

NCC Education has cemented its commitment to providing its Accredited Partners and students with high quality service. The company has introduced a dedicated Central Customer Services team.

Dave Snow, Director of Qualifications explained: “Although our Qualifications Support, Marketing and Product Development teams already provide Accredited Partners and students with specific services we have decided that we can further enhance our services by providing a central team to manage the general service experience.”

Anyone making general enquiries or unsure of which department to contact will be able to contact the Central Customer Services Team.

The Central Customer Services team will also be managing general email enquiries and ensuring that its Accredited Partners and students are provided with all of the information they require to make the most of the services provided by NCC Education.

NCC Education continually seeks to provide its customers with more valuable services. Recently introduced services include online marketing support, the Virtual Campus, discounted course materials and e-registration.

Emma Lowther, Marketing and Communications Executive commented: “As we introduce more services it is important that we let our Accredited Partners know that these services are available and make them aware of how to access them. The new Central Customer Services team will enable us to do this.”
