For Accredited Partner FAQs

1: What is on the Marketing Support CD?

1 Q: What is on the Marketing Support CD?

A:
Support materials

2 Q: Do I need to get approval for all our centre's marketing materials?

A:
If you are using the materials provided on the CD, these do not need approval. However, all new and adapted materials should be sent to marketingapprovals@nccedu.com for approval.

3 Q: Can I promote other NCC Education qualifications that our centre(s) are not yet accredited for?

A:
No. Only centres accredited to run the programmes are allowed to promote those qualifications. If you wish to mention the progression routes for NCC Education graduates, you must get prior approval from the NCC Education marketing department by emailing marketingapprovals@nccedu.com . Please allow up to 5 working days for approval.

4 Q: Can I use any of the university logos that work in partnership with NCC Education?

A:
If you are using any university logo on any promotional materials, they will need to be approved by the university in question. NCC Education will get this approval for you when you send you artwork to marketingapprovals@nccedu.com

5 Q: Can I put university logos on letter headed paper and business cards?

A:
No, the universities do not allow this. You can, however use the NCC Education Accredited Partner logo.

6 Q: What other support does the NCC Education Marketing Department provide?

A:
We can provide you with help and assistance with your promotional campaigns. From ideas to advice, please contact the Marketing Team at marketing@nccedu.com or telephone +44 (0)161 438 6244. Alternatively, speak to your local NCC Education office and they can also help.

7 Q: How do we purchase the required books?

A:
Details of how to purchase the required texts are included in the Course Handbook on the CD Rom and also on the Virtual Campus.

8 Q: How do students obtain exemptions from a course/module?

A:
Please refer to the Articulations and Exemption document which is on the Centre CD for full guidelines.
